Entry Requirement
Present the teacher’s permission, note, or card in order to be seen.
Use of the Service
Only when necessary, urgent, or for wound care.
Medication
Administered only with a medical prescription and written authorization from parents.
School Performance
Visit only if your health affects your activities and classes.
Chronic Pain
Guidance is offered during break time. Treatment must go through your EPS health provider.
Behavior
Speak quietly and keep a courteous manner.
Not Allowed
Do not use cell phones while in the infirmary.
Care
Make proper use of the infirmary’s equipment and supplies.
Follow-up
Strictly follow the care instructions at home.
Hygiene
Do not eat or consume food inside the facilities.
Privacy
Only the authorized student may stay; no visitors are allowed.
No Cosmetic Care
We do not treat broken nails, acne, piercings, etc.
